Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes! We accept COD, UPI, and bank transfers. Just let us know your preference when you WhatsApp us. No hidden charges — the price you see is the price you pay.
How long do the pickles stay fresh?
Unopened, our pickles last up to 6 months from the packing date. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 3–4 weeks for the best flavour. No preservatives, so treat them like fresh home food!
Where do you ship? How long does delivery take?
We ship across India via reputed couriers. Delivery typically takes 4–6 business days depending on your location. We'll share tracking info on WhatsApp once dispatched.
Are your pickles completely natural?
Absolutely. No artificial preservatives, no additives, no colours. Just natural ingredients — cold-pressed oils, fresh spices, and locally sourced chicken from the hills. If it doesn't belong in a home kitchen, it doesn't belong in our jars.
Can I order in bulk or for gifting?
Yes! We have the Hills Sampler Gift Box and can also do custom bulk orders for events, corporate gifting, or festive hampers. Just WhatsApp us with your requirements and we'll put something together.
What if my jar arrives broken or damaged?
We're sorry if that happens! We pack with care, but couriers can be rough. If your jar arrives damaged, WhatsApp us with a photo within 48 hours and we'll send a replacement or process a full refund — no questions asked.
How do I know which pickle is right for me?
Just WhatsApp us and ask! Tell us your spice tolerance, what you usually eat pickle with, and any flavour preferences — and we'll recommend the perfect jar. It's what we love doing.
